Mango smoothie parfait

A parfait for breakfast in smoothie form.

Ingredients

½ cup Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
½ cup frozen mango pieces
1 tbsp protein powder

Optional toppings:
Fresh berries and muesli.

Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a bowl with optional toppings.
