BBQ Platter ideas

Ingredients

135g TGNC Southern Style BBQ Cashews
200g Cured Italian Salami
200g Goats Cheese
75g Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 jar of Caramelized Onion
1 jar of Marinated Olives
Salt

Method

Put the goat’s cheese, cream cheese, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until blended and light. Chill for up to 24 hours. 
Serve the Smokey BBQ cashews on a platter with cured Italian salami, whipped goats cheese with caramelised onion and marinated olives. Keep the platter simple, for stunning results.

 

Other platter ideas
Make a delicious nut mix to serve with some handcrafted micro brewery beers. Combine Smokey BBQ Cashews with dried seasoned chickpeas or broad beans for a moreish snack. 

Serve a wedge of delicious cloth aged cheddar with a scattering of Southern Style BBQ Cashews and slices of crisp green apple. 

Place French onion dip in a serving bowl, topped with crispy bacon and roughly chopped Southern Style BBQ Cashews. Serve with wedges of fresh veggies like carrot, cucumber and red capsicum.
