Patons has an A Class BRC accreditation for food manufacture; the global benchmark for best practice in the global food industry.

Patons Melbourne HACCP controlled production facility includes state of the art roasting, chocolate coating and packaging lines for quality, rapid and flexible production for its macadamia products. Whilst maintaining the care in hand roasting flavoured nuts, toffee dipping and the old fashioned art of chocolate panned products.


All Patons products are certified Halal and Kosher.


Patons uses premium quality Australian macadamia nuts.
