Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1-2


3 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk
Optional toppings: Kiwi, blueberries, shredded coconut, pumpkin and sesame seeds


Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a bowl with optional toppings.
